The location was great, and there was nothing else to note.

The service was courteous, and there really wasn’t anything else to note.
“琵琶湖観光の良い思い出になりました。”
The breakfast spread was excellent and we could watch the fireworks straight ahead, but the etiquette in the large public bath was poor—people entered without rinsing and left basins scattered.
“観光！”
They switched my smoking room to a non‑smoking one even though I needed it urgently, but I wish they had mentioned that the yukata was in the room when I checked in.
The hotel had a fairly large parking area, the staff were helpful, the large public bath offered three selectable shampoo‑conditioner sets near the changing rooms in addition to the regular ones inside the shower area, there were low‑resilience pillows available for loan, and the breakfast spread seemed to have a great variety; however, the room’s air‑conditioning could have been stronger—I set it to 26 °C.
