The neighbourhood where it’s located is generally pleasant and safe, but the host was initially friendly, and when I asked if early check‑in was possible for a long flight from Mexico City, I paid for an extra night to gain access; however, after I left and gave a rating he deemed incorrect, he started sending aggressive, disrespectful messages, telling me that if I wanted a refund he would return the total stay to my “Mexican” account and that I should travel to the other side of the world just to watch TV because I claimed the reservation listed a flat‑screen that wasn’t there—an extremely bad attitude from the owner.
