“Espetacular”
The hotel was spectacular, located in an old monastery.
“Excellent location, unfortunate experience.”
The property sits in a fantastic spot right in the heart of Fira, the hotel feels luxurious, and my room had its own garden and private pool. Unfortunately, a bottle of perfume and some toiletry items went missing from my room; the only people who had access were me and housekeeping, yet the staff did nothing about it, and this incident cast a shadow over what would otherwise have been a positive stay.
“Not a great stay even though it was for one night”
It’s a nice property but overpriced! The pool shuts at 6 pm for some reason, and we had an okay view but it wasn’t right on the cliff as we had expected. The above.

The location is perfect for Fira, the pool view is phenomenal, breakfast was great, service was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and handled every request flawlessly. The only downside was a minor issue with the hot water.

The staff were very welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the hotel was calm. The downside was that there was only one restaurant for dinner and the poolside snack options were limited.
