“Das Zimmer hat den Charme einer Jugendherberge. Bei der Matratze spürt man jede Feder. Der Teppich ist grauslich abgewoh”

Nichts! Der Onsen war ganz ok!. Alles! Alle warmen Gerichte beim Frühstück waren kalt! Schon um 9h15 wird man darauf hingewiesen dass das Frühstück um 9h30 beendet sein wird. Das wird auch punktgenau eingehalten! Jeder Wasserhahn hat eine automatische Abschaltung. Duschen wird zur Herausforderung!!! Der welcome Drink ist ein Witz!

Face au mont Fuji, au bord du lac, calme, bien équipé, avec 2 onsen dont un super onsen extérieur ! Personnel efficace, discret et souriant. Belle chambre traditionnelle. Navette depuis la gare. Certains touristes qui se croient chez eux et qui emmènent leur smartphone dans les onsen, ce qui est formellement interdit

“Really impressed with this hotel”

My partner and I spent the night and we were absolutely delighted! The onsens were beautifully kept, spotless, and roomy, each with its own vibe. Upstairs there’s an indoor onsen overlooking Mt. Fuji, plus outdoor public and private onsens in the garden; we adored them all. It was especially nice to find an onsen that didn’t mind tattoos, so we felt completely at ease. Our room was lovely and the hotel had thoughtful touches like a yukata and Japanese slippers ready for us. There are plenty of cozy spots to sit, read, or unwind. Breakfast was fantastic—fresh, top‑quality, and delicious—with a chance to try the local specialty, hōtō noodles. It was a truly relaxing and memorable stay, and we’d gladly return.
