The place is excellent, the sea is beautiful, the food is very reasonable, the cleanliness is excellent, and the green color is everywhere. Mr. Mohammed Masad, the room‑service manager, is excellent, responsive, and solves any problem; his priority is guest satisfaction. The padel and basketball courts are a nice addition. The hotel is large and has unused areas that could add significant value if improved. The buffet is good but needs more pastries, breads, and simple sweets to enhance variety and quality. There is a strange policy that no drink is offered at dinner for half‑board guests, which is unusual and should be reconsidered. Despite these flaws, the stay was pleasant and worth the price. Thank you to the reception staff; they are respectful.

The room was clean and the food came from an à la carte menu (not the main restaurant). It was spacious and you feel low guest density even when fully booked. The beach is nice for kids. The buffet restaurant, despite the low density, requires waiting for towels and there are not enough sunbeds, etc. (Capacity/amenity mismatch).
