Staff was friendly. Hot water was available. Demerara sugar was provided. The shower curtain’s width and height are inadequate. Water spills out of the shower area.

“Ok”

The hotel's great location was a major plus, but unfortunately, it was marred by the noise from the room next door. We were trying to study for my sister's exam, and the shouting from the neighbors made it tough. The staff were friendly and helpful, but maybe a sign asking guests to keep quiet would be a good idea.

This place really exceeded my expectations - the complimentary goodies in the room were top-notch, with great tea and drinking water, plus all the essentials like soap, shower gel, and shampoo. The staff were super helpful, and they even provided fresh towels regularly. But what really made my stay was the free breakfast - I was treated to authentic Indian cuisine every morning, and Mondal at the restaurant was always smiling and happy to explain the dishes.

“A great place but needs some urgent servicing”

The hotel's staff and location were definitely its strong points - the team were super friendly and helpful, and the hotel's proximity to the city centre made it an ideal base for exploring. However, there were a couple of issues that let it down: the bathroom drainage was a bit dodgy, with both the wash basin and shower prone to overflowing if you weren't careful, and the AC filter needed a good clean to get the air circulating properly.

“There are better options in the vicinity”

I was really impressed with the hotel's location, it's right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to many popular attractions. The modern setup and clean rooms were a big plus, and the cafe on the ground floor serves great food. However, the rooms are on the smaller side, which was a bit of a disappointment. The safe in the room was also a letdown, it was tiny and locked from the start, so I couldn't even use it.
