The location is next to “Kata Noi beach “ . The owner is friendly . You can also grab decent food from the restaurant below. Best value for money

I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks. Excellent location, 2 minutes to 7/11, 3 minutes to the beach. The rooms were clean, no animals inside, only on the street. Everything matched the photos, no surprises. The staff were wonderful, very helpful and pleasant girls. Cost equals quality. My room was quiet, even though a restaurant was nearby. The same building has a nice café.

A short walk to the beach and every other hotel nearby was much too expensive for us! We love the friendly and helpful staff. The refrigerator was larger than average and the Smart TV streamed well. We got such great value, there was not a thing wrong with it. If you cannot do stairs, beware. It’s one flight of stairs up to the room, and that’s ok for us. If you need an elevator you will be let down. Ha ha.
