Clean, good location. Price was a little high

I booked this place for someone else and slipped a note into the front desk. The guest had to wait a full hour, while I spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to get anyone to approve the stay through the website, which was impossible to navigate. The whole process turned into a fiasco, and I won’t book here again. The website feels intentionally hard to use, and there’s no real support.

The room was spacious, equipped with both a microwave and a refrigerator, and it was spotless. It’s just a stone’s throw from Kaiser Permanente and the freeway.

The location was spot‑on for our family, and parking was great. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was super cold. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives (if you even consider them cons). The water pressure was pretty low, breakfast was basically just pop‑tarts and similar snacks, and the pool was tiny and closed when we arrived.

The silence was perfect.
