“Recommendable but not for locals and some nationalities”

The room was quite large, as was the bathroom, and the bed was comfortable. However, there are no private balconies as advertised, and no amenities or towels are provided—no soap, no hot water at all. I booked for two nights including breakfast, but on the first morning we had to wait until 8:30 for breakfast, which wasn’t ready. After speaking with the owner, we were told that if we want breakfast we must get it elsewhere. When we showed our booking, the owner woke up and promised to prepare food for us, serving red rice, dhal, and fish curry that was probably from the previous day.

The location is close to the beach, restaurants, and bars, with a good breakfast, a comfortable place that lets you use the kitchen and terrace, and very nice people.

The host was very friendly and helpful, and the location is good near the sea. Generally, the room was clean for a fair price. The common area was unfortunately not very clean. I had no hot water in the shower. The room was clean but very basic with a window on the entrance staircase.

“Scam Alert...! fully fake Listing.”

They claim it’s a rest house but it feels more like a homestay; the owners live on the ground floor and hand out free rooms for bookings. The location is advertised as beachfront, yet the actual spot is far from the beach and you can’t even see it from there, and the drone photos on the site are fake. We checked everything, saw the discrepancies, and left immediately.
