After leaving a pair of sandals, I called the next day to see if anyone had turned them in. Oscar at the front desk said yes, but then he pulled up my reservation, accessed my personal info without permission, and told me he’d be in my area to drop them off. That was bizarre. I’ll be contacting the manager to lodge a complaint.

It a nice place in a great location but the TV wasn't working and the hot water was scorching the 1st night. You have to play with the shower knob to get to warm. “expensive, not worth for coming back.”

The place is all about location, location, location, yet the cleanliness is missing, the lights are too dim, the décor is bland, the bed feels cramped, the ice machine is noisy, the elevator is filthy, and covering the cheap wood by the sink with black paint is the worst touch.
