We stayed for one night and loved the large room and decent breakfast (though it wasn’t hot, it was fine). Shops and sites are within walking distance, and the staff were friendly and made an effort to accommodate us non‑Italian speakers. I would recommend it.

As a bike packer, I had a very pleasant overnight stay; they even stored my bike in the garage and returned it the next morning. The room was large, clean, and the staff were outstandingly helpful and friendly. They do their job very well. Breakfast offered a beautiful view over the city river. Thank you, Antiche Terme Benevento! The building looks a bit “strange” from the outside when arriving, but that says nothing about the interior. :)
