The location is great, but the tap didn’t work well.
“Overall Experience”
The hotel sits next to Aeon shopping mall, restaurants, and other shops, making it easy to get food and services; however, the building feels old, the toilet water pressure was low, the air‑conditioner wasn’t cold, and overall the room didn’t meet the expectations of a 4‑star hotel.

I liked the spot near Aeon shopping mall and right in the middle of Bukit Indah, but the staff forgot to add the hotel fee at check‑in and told me to return later to pay; they let me come back later to settle it.
It’s a convenient and comfortable spot that I’ll return to, but the shower is too small.
