The rooms are very nice, there’s a small lounge with chairs and tables and some snacks, the staff were very friendly, and the location is great. I can definitely recommend it.

The staff were especially friendly and helpful with all our questions. It felt like a very comfortable Ryokan, well‑located and beautiful. The rooms were large and the onsen was delightful! Since we didn’t book breakfast, they gave us buns and tea.

The location and the public bath were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. However, the bath rules weren’t enforced: one evening a young woman was in the bath with her phone listening to music, and another night a different young woman entered the bath without washing. Staff should explain the rules to foreign guests.

A perfect place to stay. Great location, onsen included, and they held my bags before check‑in and after check‑out. The lady at the front desk was so kind and sweet too.

Everything is beautiful, the photos don’t do it justice. The rooms are amazing, the futons are the most comfortable we’ve slept on, the location is excellent, and the onsen is very, very good.
