While the hotel's stunning views of the marina and friendly staff were major positives, the uncomfortable beds and lack of amenities made for a disappointing stay. The hotel's high price point and poor value for money were significant drawbacks.

I liked the location, the front desk, and the service at the restaurant from Luciene and Gabi—people were very attentive and helpful. The breakfast, priced like the room, was far from good; on day one I only managed to get bread and coffee with milk. Luciene did a better job on day two with fruit, cake, and juice, yet the quality and variety still need a lot of improvement. The cleaning also fell short—on the second day the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, the blankets in the closet smelled bad, and there was no hair dryer, though I asked and they gave me one to use.
