“Más o menos”
The service was your run-of-the-mill, nothing special, but it got the job done. That being said, the place itself wasn't exactly stunning - it was just okay.

The staff were super friendly and the location was prime - close to all the main sights. However, the room we got was in a different hostel than the one in the pics, and let's just say it wasn't exactly pleasant.

The location and service here are top marks, no complaints there.

The staff were really attentive and the location was great, super quiet too. However, I was a bit miffed that they didn't give me the room I was promised - it was a lower quality one, but the price was the same.

I made a reservation, but when I arrived, the room was already taken - talk about a bummer. Had to scramble and find another hotel, which was a real hassle. Not exactly the experience I was hoping for.
