Feeling at home from the moment I arrived, everything was spot on and I couldn't find anything to complain about.

The beds were comfortable and the gym was great. There were limited breakfast options for those who didn’t want the full buffet, and the hotel used single‑use plastics in the LCC (cups and plastic bags, for example).

Great service, room and comfort. Parking could be better – an undercover or more secure option would help.

The hotel’s location and amenities were great, but the timing was off and the staff in the lobby struggled to handle a situation with a person.

Clean rooms, reasonably comfortable beds, great location for our ice hockey game at LCC. TV in our room didn't work
