I was disappointed because the staff didn't respond to my email sent weeks before booking about a special occasion and my sister's recent health struggles, and no special arrangements or upgrades were made. I also asked for a late check‑out on the last night but never heard back. The property itself is nice, the location is good, and the hamam and spa are lovely, but the promised service fell short.

The private pool and 45‑minute steam sauna are wonderful! Unfortunately, you can’t use the pool every day; access depends on the nights.

Everything was flawless: the reception, the Deluxe room with a balcony overlooking the rooftops of Paris and Sacré‑Coeur, the bedding, the large bathroom, the cleanliness, the soundproofing, the air‑conditioning, the private spa, and the pleasant neighborhood—nothing to criticize. Absolutely nothing; it was a perfect stay.
