They gave my confirmed room to someone else for money and didn’t even bother to inform me or ask if I was coming or would be late. Absolutely unacceptable.

The distance from the centre and the beach was fine, but the property was poorly maintained. The beds, covers, and sheets were dirty, and we even found bed bugs. We’re very disappointed; please keep the hotel clean and well maintained if you want good customers.

I liked the idea of staying there, but the platform’s untrustworthy recommendations caused me trouble; when we arrived the staff said all rooms were full, which felt like a scam, and I regret trusting that site—many others suffered the same yesterday.
