The bathroom includes a bathtub equipped with a grab bar for disability access. Two large queen‑size beds provide sleeping space for up to four guests, and a tea and coffee maker is available in the room. Climate control is supplied by air conditioning.

Sunny Patel handled our last‑minute online request smoothly, greeted us with a bright smile upon arrival, and took care of everything. We just wish we could have stayed another day; the drive from Portland, OR, to Indianapolis, IN, was long.

Breakfast was good and the location was excellent—Target and Menards were within walking distance. The TV didn’t work, so I had to ask the front desk to fix it; the freezer section of the refrigerator was frozen up, and the toilet had dark stains.
The location was fine. I asked for a crib, but never received any confirmation. When I tried to call, the staff barely spoke English, kept asking if I wanted a roll‑away bed, then said a crib would be in the room, but it wasn’t mentioned on my account. Luckily I brought another option for my child. The A/C barely worked, the bed was terrible—hard and uncomfortable, probably better to sleep on the floor. Breakfast wasn’t great but could have been worse. I would not recommend this place.
