The location is good, staff are helpful, they give local tips, people are friendly, and there are good food options nearby.

The property is good but could be much better; a lift is needed for senior and disabled guests. The surrounding area is not great.

I was disappointed that there was no breakfast, and they only mentioned a lift that doesn’t actually exist. The entrance was awkward, right across from the market.

The staff were very helpful, the rooms were nice and the price was affordable, and the location suited my needs perfectly.
