“Buena experiencia, aunque pudo ser mejor”
The location was exceptional, just a short walk to the Tangamanga park concert, making it perfect if you’re heading there; directly opposite and next to a shopping plaza, so any needed items can be easily found. The parking is a bit tight, and sometimes the elevator gets crowded or takes a long time to go up or down, so after check‑out we opted to use the emergency stairs
The elevator is too slow and complicated
The rooms are comfortable, clean, and offer plenty of privacy; the pool area is pleasant and the amenities are good. I think the price is a bit high for what it is, probably because of the location, and there are only two elevators for all guests, so it’s normal to wait sometimes when they’re full
