“Everything was great, we enjoyed our stay”
We enjoyed every minute of our visit, and the reception ladies were fantastic.
I was disappointed by how the staff treated us; the front desk staff were unprofessional, the manager was no better, and I felt we were scammed.
Good location. Reception staff were excellent. Guy called Aaron at reception, which was exceptional . Rooms are a bit smaller .but clean and comfortable
There was nothing good about the stay; the room was tiny and the customer service was poor.
Location was great at the base of Clifton Hill. Views from room and steakhouse were amazing. The room was extremely.small. like a closet
