A friendly greeting at reception, our room was ready! A lovely, comfortable room with good amenities, tea/coffee, plenty of towels, we could control the heating, and it was nice and quiet with lovely views! The bathroom door didn’t close properly.

I was greeted warmly, and the room offered a lovely view; the gym and spa were enjoyable, and the dinner was delicious. However, the room was cold on arrival and it took a while to warm up.

The spa and gym facilities were good, and there was nothing we disliked.

The welcome was helpful and the food was good, but the room above the bar had music that was distracting.

The building itself is very nice, but some areas are quite dark.
