We liked the bathroom’s size, it was pleasant, but the lighting was too bright—maybe a smaller lamp would help. The room was noisy, the bed was too small, and when I asked for a crib, they brought a metal one; I requested a wooden replacement because the metal was unsafe, yet the wooden crib would have fallen if my son stood on it. A heads‑up: know the child’s size before ordering a crib for the room. The room could have been a bit larger. Cleanliness was nonexistent—only the trash was taken out. The sink was dirty and the shower area had mold. The pool was dirty and didn’t match the photos. Staff were not very cheerful, and I even saw kitchen staff gossiping about guests, which was a bit much. The child’s chair was terrible. The hotel feels more suited for workers in the district than for vacationers, so don’t expect everyone to be happy all the time.
