Rooms are good and wifi is good, but only Chinese breakfast is offered and the Chinese guests are loud.

“Excellent personnel always willing to assist”
The personnel are good, but the personnel are also a problem.
The towels are old and unclean, no proper breakfast is provided (only a few Chinese foods), the TV and phone don't work, and the carpets in the lobbies are dirty and very old… Honestly, it doesn’t deserve the rating. The only thing is its location.
“Disappointing.”
The location is fine, but there is no AC or TV, the WiFi connection is poor, it’s noisy, only one elevator works, and breakfast is very limited with the same items every day; no coffee or tea is offered.
