The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I had to change both my ferry and accommodation on the same day; they managed it smoothly even though it was the same day. I also booked activities and a scooter through them with ease. They arranged a pick‑up and drop‑off from Niao Airport, which was great. Considering the island’s homestay vibe, I had no major inconveniences and left satisfied.

This hotel turned out to be the most expensive on our Taiwan tour, and unfortunately the best thing about it was that we could walk about 15 minutes from the harbor to the hotel. The location was fine. We rented scooters right at the property, paying 900 twd for two days without comparing prices elsewhere. The room felt very old‑fashioned and a bit rundown (see photos). It was one of the pricier spots on the island and didn’t meet the expectations we had. The room we got also didn’t match the images we had booked.

A spacious room with good beds. We were picked up from the boat, taken to the hotel, and brought back to the boat when we left. The people were very friendly. A 7‑Eleven and Family Mart are a 5‑minute walk away. The hotel offers scooter rentals. We could check in very early.
