The price was reasonable, the staff were enthusiastic, the hotel is close to the night market and dining spots, the room is airy, and they helped us change dates quickly; my family was very satisfied with the location and service during this stay. The window on the high floor lets in strong wind constantly while sleeping, which can make you shiver.

The service attitude was good, but the road is one‑way.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable - it's just a short walk to the night market and surrounded by popular cafes and shops. We loved being in the heart of the action, and the hotel's proximity to the market was a huge plus. However, we did find that some of the essentials like towels and toiletries were not provided, and we had to ask for them.

This hotel's proximity to the market and central area made it the perfect base for our stay in Da Lat. We arrived early and were expecting to just drop off our bags, but the staff were happy to let us check in early and even helped us rent a motorbike. The receptionist was super friendly and went out of her way to help us. The only downside was that the WiFi was a bit weak.
