“All was good my complain is about not receiving receipt under company”

The hotel was fine. They never gave me an invoice for the company despite many requests.

“Poor qualification of staff and does not respect schedules and menus are outdated and inaccurate”

The beds were comfortable. Breakfast should have started at 7:30, but the staff only arrived at 7:50 and told us that breakfast only included omelettes because there were few customers. The front desk was empty, the TV cable didn’t work, and the Wi‑Fi kept turning on and off. The menu listed alcoholic drinks, but they told us they no longer serve alcohol under a new policy.

“Satisfăcător”

The cleanliness and location were good. I arrived after Friday afternoon and was put in room 308, where the curtains on two windows were partially detached and couldn’t be fully drawn. The chair in front of the desk was missing a light fixture above the bed, and there were wires in its place. The worst part was the shower drain was clogged; we couldn’t use the shower except for a little bit of low pressure, otherwise it flooded. The next morning we had another unpleasant surprise: the staff at the restaurant stayed all night with loud noise throughout the hotel. At breakfast on floor 6, the kitchen was empty, and I ended up with an omelette, three slices of tomato, three slices of cucumber, and a tiny piece of cheese. This Swedish buffet breakfast at a five‑star hotel was terrible. I will not return.

The hotel was fantastic; the team was super. The panoramic terrace was amazing. Everything was super.
