“If not for the cons, it would be exceptional.”
The receptionist did an exceptional job, the place was fancy. Inside, LOTS of spiders, my girlfriend has a really big phobia so it took me lots of time to get rid of atleast 10 spiders some of them being as big as my palm. Also the water that was provided had yeast/ wasn’t clean (bottled water)
The reception woman was amazing! Good room- jacuzzi, the view, coffee, TV has youtube. We had roommates- about 10 spiders

The hotel’s spot near the port, the opera, and downtown is great, and the room was clean and spacious. Nothing else to note.
“Disappointing stay overall due to several issues with both rooms, although the receptionist was very helpful.”
The location was convenient and the check‑in/out process was smooth. The first room had a broken bed and a loose bath side, and the mini‑fridge was dirty. The front desk quickly swapped us for another room, but that one also had problems: the jacuzzi emitted a strong, unpleasant, wastewater‑like odor, and one of the lights was out. Both rooms fell short of the advertised standards, especially given the price.
The location is convenient, the room is large, quiet, and clean, and the staff are friendly. Special thanks to Vikija for the responsive feedback and the hotel’s customer care. The on‑site Shafran restaurant serves tasty food. I recommend this hotel.
