“Buen hotel”
The staff were friendly, but the photos on Booking showed a room with a kitchen that we didn't actually get; the manager fixed it the next day.

Overall it was fine and basic, but the nightstands should have lamps to block the overhead light when you’re trying to rest, and a small fridge would be handy in the room.

The hotel's unique design and layout created an immersive experience, with its lack of windows adding to the ambiance. Although some guests found this feature to be a drawback, others appreciated the sense of seclusion and tranquility it provided. Overall, the hotel's distinct character made for a memorable stay.

The hotel's convenient location was a highlight, but a series of unfortunate events marred the guest's stay, including a prolonged elevator ordeal and subpar amenities.
