I was thrilled with the friendly staff and all the great perks Summit had to offer, but the unit itself was a mess—no standard cleaning, worn‑out bed, and everything looked old and tired.

We decided to stay longer and the customer service team really pulled through, moving us to a new room without a hitch, although the elevators were out of order.

I like it for the convenience, the location , bobs & tiki bar. Well the room was the issue really, dirty under dated found drawers handle broken, mold in room , food stuck to pans had too clean before use . I did see others a lot nicer but mine wasn’t. Bought ice was supposed to be 4$ cost me 10$ for a bag of ice from machine the price at bar was a little high but bobs was reasonably priced I’ll give them a good review. Elevate stayed broke so probably won’t stay again unless up dated
