予約時に遅い時間でも良いかと確認してokをもらっていたのにも関わらず、建物に着くと連絡が取れず、入口の警備員に連絡をとってもらったら「部屋がない」と言われ、泊まれなかった。現時点で返金もしてもらっていない。

The view is good, all facilities can be used very well, fast service, and early check‑in is possible at 12 pm.
