I liked the foot massager, the bathroom amenities and products, the free gifts you get back at the hotel in the evenings, the drink service, and the shuttle bus. The pillows were a bit disappointing.

The facilities were clean, the Halloween display was good, the night tea‑sauce was appreciated, and it was great that drinks were available late. When I checked in at 3 am, there was no shuttle bus to the station; using a taxi to Disney cost me 2200 ¥, which was a painful expense.

Having a shuttle bus to Maihama Station was a huge help. The hotel itself was clean, and the foot massager in the room was perfect for tired feet. Even though it rained, the shoe dryer worked quickly. The washer‑dryer combo was great! The staff were very kind and greeted me with a smile. The night tea‑sauce was delicious and handy when I was a bit hungry.

Being close to the Disney Resort, the welcome tea‑sauce was soothing for my exhausted body. I also appreciated that the toilet and bath were separate.
