The location was fine, but there were water leaks in the rooms, no hot water in the bathtub, an old building, and the staff didn’t live up to a five‑star standard.

A brilliant stay at the end of the season! Staff were welcoming and incredibly helpful, room exceeded expectations. Was lovely to be able to walk round to the beach, to Punta Arabi market, and other restaurants without having to go inland. Breakfast is worth getting, and because of the quiet end of season there was no fighting for space or loungers round the pool!. A slightly limited menu in the ground floor restaurant, we usually went out in the evening instead

The location, vibe, pools, and quiet were excellent during the first week of October, but there was just a small issue: only 4 to 5 tables outside for breakfast, so you have to move fast in the morning.

“Beautiful hotel, big and comfortable rooms”

The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and the minibar was a highlight with a great selection of products, a cocktail shaker, elegant glasses, a coffee machine, and snacks that went beyond the usual chocolate bars or peanuts. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the food at the pool area was very good. The kids club catered mainly to younger children, but the staff member there went out of her way to find arts and crafts supplies for my older kids (9 and 10), so they happily visited the club every day. Unfortunately, because we arrived late in the season, the rooftop restaurant was closed.
