The location is great, but I didn’t have breakfast. The room leaked a lot of water behind the washbasin. The toilet is 100% impractical for a big man because it is so confined, and it is not private. No door. The fridge door opens to the wrong side, and it does not open completely.

1. GPS coordinates are different from street address. 2. At the gate you must call a cell phone number that took ages to be answered. 3. Water leak at hand basin in the bath room. 4. Fan electric wire was extended with another wire extremely u neat. 5. Noizy to some extent until the people in the other rooms went to rest. 6. Will not make use of AAA Rose garden again

It was great. There were no side pedestals in the room, so I had to put my bags in the kitchen cupboard 😄.

The mattress was good, free Wi‑Fi was available, and the shower water supply was good. Free parking. Photos were misleading. The standard room was far below standard, no cupboard for clothes, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, no mirror in the room, the fan was noisy, there was no air‑con, no soap holder in the shower, only one towel rail, the toilet water flow was poor, there was no bed lamp, no basin to wash dishes, and the parking spots were not marked.
