The central location is great, the breakfast spread is very good, and the price is reasonable because the area isn’t overly touristy.

I spent four nights there from 05‑OCT to 09‑OCT‑2026 on the 5th floor in room 512. The reception staff were very willing to help. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Towels were changed daily. The hotel is in a pedestrian zone, and the opposite Big Ben café can be quite loud at night.

The location is excellent, close to all kinds of shops, on a street closed to vehicles.

The staff were courteous and the breakfast was pleasant. The bathroom was unacceptable—small and in disrepair.
