Check out was 11.past 10 am they off boiler,10.45 they switch on electricity.emailed sent but no reply.At first book was 3 rms and changed into 2 rms as boiler was not working.Fine,rather than to cancled my booking.Now was thinking whether that it really boiler not working as it was switch off also yesterday

We had a good time here, my kids loved all the stuff provided - they had a blast. But we did have a bit of a scare with an electricity short circuit that lasted about an hour. Turns out the issue was with our caravan, but I think it would be a good idea for the managers to check these things regularly, especially in winter.

We came here for my daughter's 12th birthday and had an amazing weekend - the caravan was lovely and there were tons of toys and games for the kids. We also got some leaflets for local places to visit, which was helpful. The only bummer was that there wasn't any entertainment at the main arena because of some private events.

I was really happy with our caravan - it was modern, spacious, and had a nice balcony area. No complaints here!

This place was a total letdown - it was dirty, run down, and pretty poor all around. The cooker hob was broken and looked dangerous, which was a bit of a red flag. Not exactly what I'd call a great experience.
