The spot was great with a beautiful view of the Anjanaderi hills, but a four‑hour power outage at night was unacceptable for a resort, especially in summer, and there was no security guard when we arrived late; the room we were shown was different from the one we received.

The location is just a short walk from Anjanadhri hill, and the place was neat and tidy, but we had a bat 🦇 enter our room on both nights and the staff helped get it removed, which was out of control.

The place was cozy, had a good location, and the staff were responsive, but the early checkout at 11:00 and the lack of late‑checkout options were a downside.

Breakfast should be part of the package; otherwise the food quality was very good. The resort offered a full range of national and international options, so I’d give the food a five‑star rating. However, the rooms lacked a hot water kettle and tea/coffee pouches, and hot water for the bath was not available 24/7.
