The hosts’ welcome and the exceptional view. A small coffee maker and kettle would be welcome for a quick breakfast in the morning. Too close to the neighbors’ balcony (if they smoke and talk loudly).

The balcony faces the sea, offering sunrise and moonlight views that are simply stunning. The location is excellent and peaceful; you can cross the street to dip in a small front beach or walk 300 m to a great beach and restaurants. The owners are lovely, very friendly and hospitable—a wonderful family. The only caveat is that you’ll need strong legs to climb the stairs; just a heads‑up.
