The room included its own kitchen and had everything you needed, but the area’s location was not ideal.
“Parfait , merci , à toutes les personnes en situation de handicap n’hésitez pas venez dans cet hôtel …”
The front‑desk team were fantastic, and our room was perfect except the shower seat was broken; we reported it and they immediately gave us another room—now that’s professionalism! Nothing else to complain about.
“Muy bonita la habitación y muy limpio pero la ubicación no es para nada buena. Estaba lleno de clientes consumiendo dife”
I was fine with the hotel, but it was packed with people drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana, which made it feel very unsafe. It wasn’t a place to stay with kids because of the other guests and the heavy substance use around and during the night.
“Its dirty and not good value for ur money”
It’s close to downtown, but it was dirty, smelled awful, didn’t offer good value, and when I asked for a towel it took a couple of hours and they told me to pick it up at the front desk.

Location. Floor did not have ice machine had to get ice from 4th floor and the smell of room , hallway was disgusting . I even went to go buy room spray and the smell still did not leave . The smell gives dirty . Then was sitting outside and a homeless man ran a guest away . He approached the man he scared him to death
