The room had a balcony with a mountain view, and the staff were very friendly. Free parking was available in front of the hotel, and the location was close to the village. The dinner was okay. The room could use a more thorough cleaning, and the quiet dogs were not allowed in the dining room.

The scenery was the best part, and the hotel sits in a beautiful spot in the Alps. The food was very tasty and the selection was wide. We mentioned that we were arriving for a wedding anniversary, and they kindly prepared a glass of prosecco and a welcome card for us. We also said we were coming with a small baby, and the crib was already in the room when we booked. They were very attentive. A constructive criticism: at dinner, when we tried to order drinks, the waiter either didn’t come or took a long time, so I went to the bar instead and had the drinks brought to the table. Also, we didn’t know that the vending machine could be used without a wristband at breakfast; we only realized this during our last meal and don’t recall being informed.

The staff were kind and helpful, creating a family‑like atmosphere. The breakfast and dinner were generous. Special thanks for the excellent program recommendations. We recommend it to everyone and will return. The only downside was that the time passed too quickly.

I got great value here, the breakfast and dinner were solid, and the sauna was a nice bonus. The room offered an awesome view and the location was spot on. On the downside, the pool felt cramped and the water didn’t look clean at first glance. My pillow was a poor fit, and there were no shampoo or gel—just soap.
