“A very unprofessional service, in a pokey and loud room.”

There’s nothing special about this place to mention. The staff couldn’t understand that I wanted to use my international travel card instead of my personal credit card, so they charged me an extra day and said I’d get a refund. When I reached out after the promised time, I received no reply after three messages. The room was tiny, barely enough space for a suitcase. The walls were so thin it felt like a cardboard box; I could hear every footstep in the hallway. The buffet was average, and the pool was much smaller than the photos show. If you want laundry done as advertised, you’ll pay 50,000 VND per T‑shirt (not per kilo). There are thousands of better options in Saigon.

“A great option in central HCM!”

The spot is spot on, staff were super helpful, breakfast had fresh noodle soups and eggs, the bed was comfy and the shower was good—definitely coming back.

“Good for a short stay in saigon!”

We only stayed one night because it was a quick layover before our next flight, but the location was super convenient—walking distance to the shopping centre and nearby eateries. The buffet breakfast impressed me with its variety, the ambience was great, the coffee was excellent, and it felt like good value for money.
