Nice lady at reception. One of the pillows didn't fell clean

“Wouldn’t stay there again.”

It was close to the location we were visiting most for the weekend. We could hear the drive thru speaker box all night, our pillows were paper thin and only had one each with no spares in the rooms, there were no spare blankets, only 3 towels for 3 people, the shampoo and soap were tiny-hardly enough for one person let alone 3, there was no one at the desk the whole time we were there, the tv in the room didn’t even work

The bed was hard and pillows too soft. When I arrived the room had been heated up like a sauna through windows being shut and no ventilation. It took ages to figure out how to lose the air con to rectify and I missed out on a lot of sleep

Really good location if you’re there for the Events Centre. Right next door to Maccas. Pretty standard. Bath mats and hand towels would be good. Ample big towels tho

“It’s a good place to stay just 1 of the housekeeper doesn’t know what privacy means”

The location is good. Everything is close by which is really good. The only thing that wasn’t okay with me was one of the house keepers, when we don’t go anywhere she just opens the door with the key and calls housekeeper and I say hi and she just walks into the room like wouldn’t give any privacy like if we needed something we can just tell her and she should get it. She doesn’t have to come inside if we’re there. The other housekeeper is good she just knocks and when I open the door she’ll ask what we need and she grabs it and brings it to me, she never just comes in like the other housekeeper
