“I enjoyed my stay. The pool was nice and relaxing.”
The spot was in a great area, the breakfast was tasty, and the staff were welcoming and very helpful, yet the beds were too hard.
“We weren’t there long but HIE is always a good stay for us”
The selection was acceptable and the tables were clean, but my cranberry juice tasted almost nothing, was too watered down, and a side of potatoes would have been a nice addition.
“Disappointing and not up to IHG standards”
There was nothing positive to mention; the room floor (not carpeted) was sticky, the bathtub was very slippery, and the fitness center equipment was limited.
The property looked run down, was dirty, the bed felt worse than sleeping on a piece of plywood, and the location seemed sketchy.
