It isn’t a hotel; they’re just renting rooms. There are no service staff, and you have to ask several times for towels, soaps, and water bottles. The washrooms are in very bad condition.

The staff are good, but there’s a water leak in the washroom, no cleanliness, bedsheets and other linens are poor, and the TV and Wi‑Fi aren’t working. The price was high for those amenities.
