The room was new and tidy, everything worked, and it was just a 10‑minute walk from the train station. There was no sign or staff on site, but the manager arrived quickly when I called and informed me that I was there.
“Passabile per brevi soggiorni e per risparmiare”
The location was strategic near the station and the price was affordable. I had to wait a while for the host to arrive. Bad odors came from the bathroom drains. The cleaning was acceptable but not thorough, could be improved.
“Sufficiente ma niente di che”
It was convenient for reaching the station and the Pala‑Antenore, had air conditioning and a large TV, was renovated, and supermarkets were nearby. Cleaning could be better and the bathroom had a bad smell. There was only one small bottle of soap for shower and sink for two nights. The area, while convenient, isn’t great, especially at night. It was a bit expensive for the services offered. I had to contact the owner myself for check‑in information, and it would have been nice to receive those details in advance. The tourist tax cost was not specified at booking.
