The treatment was very friendly and the service was very anticipatory of what was presented, the shared space was very pleasant and the location was excellent for moving to different tourist attractions.

The hostel was on a good location. It was quiet and close to everything in the town. The host provided us with useful information about the activities around. The breakfast was tasty and prepared fresh. 1. There were many volunteers that had to take care of the hostel but most of the time they didn’t know what to do and this resulted in us waiting for breakfast not knowing that we have to go to reception and tell the person there that we want breakfast…They didn’t clean everyday as they informed us in the beginning and also sometimes the dirty bedding stayed in the room for 24hrs. 2. Our room was dark and humid, smelled a bit mouldy the only window which was without an insect net was blocked by a bed and nobody wanted to open it. The AC was not enough to freshen up the air in the room. 3. Nobody informed us that some workers are going to enter our room. One of them entered when we were there dressing up, he didn’t even wait after knocking…Later that day we had to stay outside for 1 hour waiting for the same workers to do their job. During that time the room was with a wide open door… 4. The lockers were located at the common area that is not locked. A camera was pointed at them but we found it a bit uncomfortable to not have a locker in the room. 5. The beds seemed wobbly and it was quite uncomfortable to go to the second floor. 6. There were small bed lamps but without batteries. They informed us that they don’t change the batteries because people leave them on during the day. They changed them for us but I don’t think it’s okay to make people ask about the necessities
