The location is perfect, the AC works, and there’s a mini‑fridge. The bed and pillows are comfy. The cleaning was awful; even though the staff “cleaned” the room each day, they still left the bed unmade, didn’t change towels unless asked, and the overall cleanliness was missing—no corner was spotless. I saw an olive pit on the nightstand right when I entered, and it stayed there for the first two days, only disappearing after a morning “clean.” I had to throw it away myself. Under the bed there was a pile of dirt that really highlighted how poorly the place was cleaned. The first night I woke to a cockroach on the nightstand, but that was the only time. Still, these things can happen.
