I didn’t get to stay, but the service was bad. The staff’s attention was lacking.

The location was good. The shower drainage was poor and the mattresses were a bit hard.

The hotel delivers on what it advertises, with decent facilities, but the front‑desk staff were rude and unhelpful, which is the biggest flaw and the first thing you notice.
