The staff were friendly, but the hotel was still a bit far from the station, making luggage transport inconvenient.
The room was clean.
The air conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable. No complaints.
“Wonderful Location for Travelers!!!”
The staff were wonderful—extremely kind, welcoming, and accommodating. The guesthouse is small, which feels more personal; I didn’t stay long but would recommend it to anyone passing through Sendai or staying awhile. I wish there were a dryer; although uncommon in most Japanese places I’ve stayed, it would be useful for a shared space that sees frequent guests.
I stayed here again last year and found it incredibly clean, with a great location that makes it easy to reach many spots. I didn’t notice any negatives at all.
